Our dedicated staff of highly trained experts was individually selected for their professionalism, skills and caring attitude. The inspiration for Bella’s Boutique comes from our chief beautician and founder, Bella De Lisle. Trained at the esteemed Lancaster Beauty School, Bella established her one-of-a-kind spa and salon only after she had mastered all the necessary skills and established her own faithful clientele.
