I am happy to work with the materials that you supply (paint, tile. moulding, laminate flooring, etc). Materials that I supply must be paid for in advance and will be subject to a 10% service charge.
Most often, services are billed at an hourly of $50.00 with a minimum charge of one hour, and 30 minute increments after that. There is no additional charge for evening or weekend service. A signed work-order is required before the service can begin. Payment is expected after completion and inspection of the work by cash, Interac transfer, or cheque.
