Tried the best-forget the rest -- .... Not only is the difference in freshness quite evident, but the innovative aspect will blow you away as well. For instance, being a vegan I got to sample things that were quite outside the norm for sushi ... Avocado, beets and other fare are integrated into individual "sections" of my lunch special platter, for textures that went from super creamy to sweet and crunchy. Want even more innovation? Ask for a lunch plate that has the fried sweet potato dumplings wrapped up in the sushi in addition to all the usual goodness. Sweet, crunchy, hot mixed with cool. Quite the experience!
