Chef Marc Exana brings 25 years of experience into his authentic Haitian/Creole cooking. His love for flavour and spices is infused into every dish he creates. O&M’s dinner menu reflects his lifelong passion for cooking, along with a versatile style that’s always trying new ideas.

Chef Exana acquired his training in the state of Florida in the United States of America, where he also worked as an executive chef at places like Rinelli’s Yellow Tail Grill, Domenick’s Catering, Tiki Bar & Restaurant, and more.

There’s nothing he enjoys more than seeing a customer’s face light up when they try one of his carefully prepared dishes. For Marc, cooking is not only what he loves, he also sees it as a form of communication with his customers.
